Making & Materials
Each piece begins as a hand-carved wax form, allowing the design to evolve in an instinctive and sculptural way. Once the mould is made, it can be cast in a range of metals, including recycled silicon brass, silver, and 9ct gold, allowing the work to be realised in different materials while preserving the integrity of the original form.
Materiality lies at the heart of the studio's language. Madeleine is drawn to the warmth of gold, the brightness of silver, the tactile depth of brass, and the life that gemstones bring to a piece. Her jewellery incorporates ethically sourced gemstones, chosen for their colour, character, and individuality.
All pieces are made, produced, and finished in Dublin, with careful attention to balance, wearability, and detail. Whether sculptural or refined, each design is created to feel personal, lasting, and beautifully made.
